Terms of Service

Please read these Terms carefully — they govern your use of NatyaKraft.

Effective as of

1) Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing or using NatyaKraft’s websites, apps, or services (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we’ll notify you by reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after changes becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2) Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be of legal age to form a binding contract (or have parental/guardian consent where required).
  • You are responsible for your account credentials and activity; keep them confidential.
  • Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3) Subscriptions, Credits & Billing

  • Plans: The Service may be offered via subscriptions and/or usage-based credits.
  • Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your settings.
  • Payments: You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method.
  • Taxes: Prices may exclude taxes; you are responsible for any applicable taxes.
  • Refunds: Except as required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period starts.

4) Acceptable Use

  • No unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, or abusive activity.
  • No attempts to bypass rate limits, security, or platform restrictions.
  • No scraping or harvesting except via permitted APIs and within documented limits.
  • No uploading of content that you do not have rights to, or that violates others’ rights.
  • Respect third-party platform policies when exporting or publishing output.

5) Your Content & Generated Output

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service (“User Content”). To operate the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display your User Content solely to provide the Service to you and as otherwise permitted by these Terms.

  • Generated Output: Subject to third-party rights and license compliance, generated output from your projects is yours. You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful and compliant with the applicable licenses, including attribution where required.
  • Attribution: Some assets (e.g., CC BY/BY-SA) require attribution or ShareAlike. You are responsible for including credits and complying with license terms.
  • Moderation: We may remove or disable content that violates these Terms or the law.

6) Third-Party Services & Licenses

  • The Service integrates third-party providers (e.g., stock libraries, storage, analytics, payment). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
  • Asset licensing (e.g., CC0/CC BY/PD; stock EULAs) governs how outputs can be used. We surface license info, but you are responsible for verifying compliance for your intended use.

7) Security & Privacy

  • We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
  • Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

8) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NATYAKRAFT (AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR PARTNERS) BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10) Suspension & Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate the Service or your account for violations of these Terms or the law.
  • You may cancel at any time via your account settings; fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; certain provisions survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, liability limits).

11) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles. Courts located in [City, Country] shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If you operate primarily in India, consider: “These Terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at [Mumbai/Bengaluru/New Delhi] have exclusive jurisdiction.” — replace placeholders as appropriate.

12) Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We’ll update the “Effective” date at the top and, where required, provide notice before the changes take effect.
